Concerto Networks is a nationwide technology infrastructure partner delivering enterprise-grade solutions from coast to coast. We handle complex multi-site projects, advanced CMMC compliance, and intelligent AI implementations.
What started as a local IT partner in Southeast Michigan has grown into something bigger. We're not just your local MSP anymore—we're a nationwide technology partner capable of handling complex multi-site infrastructure projects, advanced cybersecurity requirements, and intelligent AI implementations across all 50 states.
Scott MacMartin founded Concerto Networks with a clear vision: SMBs deserve enterprise-level support. Starting in Southeast Michigan, we focused on being strategic partners, not just a repair desk.
As cybersecurity threats evolved and compliance became critical, we expanded into CMMC, advanced threat protection, and specialized manufacturing support. Our clients weren't just growing—they were competing nationally.
Our clients' growth drove ours. We built nationwide capabilities using standardized deployment frameworks—delivering consistent quality from Detroit to anywhere in the US.
CMMC compliance isn't optional—it's survival. We specialize in NIST 800-171 requirements, secure infrastructure design, and compliance documentation for manufacturers serving the defense industrial base.
Growing beyond one location creates technology complexity. We standardize your infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support experience across every site—from HQ to your newest facility.
You don't just want to "keep the lights on." You want AI integration, zero-trust security, and infrastructure that enables growth. We speak your language.
Structured cabling, fiber, & server rooms across 50 states.
Zero-trust architecture & CMMC compliance management.
Intelligent automation & document handling.
Live expert help desk. No scripts, just solutions.
We don't operate like a typical helpdesk. We operate like an engineering firm.
Most MSPs focus on break-fix. We design for scale, redundancy, and long-term optimization. Our automotive background taught us how enterprise infrastructure actually works.
One Partner, Everywhere. We utilize centralized management and uniform standards. Whether it's HQ or a satellite office, you get consistent execution and one point of accountability.
CMMC, NIST 800-171, SOC 2—we don't outsource compliance. We live it. Our infrastructure is designed from the ground up to meet regulatory requirements.
Standardized deployment frameworks mean we can provision new locations, respond to incidents, and implement solutions faster than traditional enterprise IT.
Founder & Principal
Founder & Principal
Before founding Concerto Networks in 2006, Scott spent a decade in automotive manufacturing, working in engineering and account management roles at Verstand Engineering, Hutchinson FTS, and Illinois Tool Works (ITW). He provided engineering services to Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, JCI, Lear, and Delphi.
That manufacturing background shapes everything we do. We understand production environments, compliance pressure, and the stakes when technology fails.
Scott holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Oakland University.
"In manufacturing, if the line stops, everything stops. I built Concerto to ensure the 'digital line' never stops for our clients, no matter how many locations they run.
No hidden fees. No scope creep. No surprises. You know what you're getting and what it costs.
We design for uptime as a metric. Pretty dashboards don't fix problems. Proper infrastructure design does. We solve root causes, not symptoms.
When something breaks, you don't need a ticket number. You need it fixed. One call, one contact, one resolution.
Real results from engineered solutions.
"Concerto handled our NIST 800-171 gap analysis and remediation perfectly. We passed our audit without a single flag. They speak the language of defense compliance."

"We expanded to three new states in 6 months. Concerto’s team standardized the cabling and network rack build-out at every site. It’s like copy-pasting our HQ infrastructure."

"Finally, an IT partner that doesn't just reboot routers. They engineered a failover system that kept our dispatch running during the massive outage last winter."
